TRAINING SESSIONS

N3 will host SPEED and STRENGTH Training sessions on Mondays from 8:15 - 9:15 PM at Imagine School.  These sessions will be held every Monday at the same time and location unless noted on the website.  This session is only $5 for all N3 Club Members and $10 for non-N3 Members.  This session will focus on volleyball specific speed and strength training to improve foot speed, agility and core strength.  There is no need to pre-register for this session.  Players will pay the fee directly to the instructor at the session.

Also, Dr. Dustin Sherman will be at Imagine on most Mondays from 7:30-8:30 PM, if there are any players with Neck, Back, Shoulder, Knee or Ankle injuries that need looked at.

TOURNAMENT FEES

Invoices for tournament fees are now available here.  Tournament fees will be billed in 2 equal installments due in March and April.  The first installment is due March 10th.  These invoices will also be e-mailed to players/parents.  Any teams that are attending AAU Nationals in Orlando will receive a separate invoice for Nationals due in early May when we finalize and determine the hotel and travel costs for our coaches.

15 BLACK: Play (Pool 1 / Court #1) at 9:00 AM at Munciana Facility

17 WHITE: Ref (Pool 1 / Court #4) at 8:00 AM at Munciana Facility

In the past, USAV tournaments have never been canceled due to weather. Teams that can attend are realigned and the tournament will be played with those in attendance. Safety must be taken into consideration when bad weather occurs and affects travel. Individual families must contact their coach if they feel that travel is unsafe and they will not be able to attend. As long as the coach feels that there are enough players to field a team we will still attend. (Note: Tournament entry fees are paid in advance and are not refunded to club teams that do not attend. Tournament billing to players will not be adjusted due to weather conditions or attendance.)

PRIVATE LESSONS

N3 will offer private lessons for individuals or small groups providing personalized instruction in any and all skills.  Private lessons will be provided by Club Director, Scott Lauer or one of our top coaches depending upon schedules and availability.  Hourly rates per player for private lessons are as follows: (1 Player = $40, 2 Players = $25, 3 Players = $20, 4 or more Players = $15).  Please contact Scott Lauer at AScottLauer@aol.com to make arrangements for private lessons.  Please provide player's name, position, age and contact info.
