Head Varsity Coach at Northrop High School 2005-2008.
Has coached with N3 Volleyball, NIEVA (Northern Indiana Elite
Volleyball Academy) and Inside Out VBC. Head Varsity Coach at
Bishop Luers HS (2001 and 2002 (3A) State Runner-Up). 2002
Indiana 3A State Coach of the Year. 2001 Journal Gazette SAC
Coach of the Year. 2001 and 2002 Indiana Junior All-Star Coach.
Member of Northrop HS coaching staff from 1997-1999. Coached
for FWVBC from 1991-2000. Coached at Most Precious Blood Grade
School from 1990-2000.

Experience
Played
for Arnie Ball at IPFW as a defensive specialist. Played at North
Side HS a long time ago.
Personal
Joyce has a daughter, Nicole and is engaged to fellow N3
Volleyball
coach, Scott Lauer. Joyce is a Forensic Nurse at the Fort Wayne
Sexual Assault Treatment Center.
